Techniques and After-sale Services:
1,Buyer should assist seller to undertake the testing. Both seller
and buyer should be responsible for the on-site testing of the
production line. The testing is mainly for three formulas including
high, medium and low density.
2,During the testing, If the raw material waste is caused by
seller’s technical problems or the quality of the production line
(i.e. foam collapse, burnings, or machine malfunction), the
additional portion of the raw materials that over 2 tons are on
seller’s account. The problems not related to seller’s are on
3,During installation, seller will send technicians to buyer’s
place of business. Buyer should arrange his staffs to assist the
technicians with the installation, and prepare water, electricity
and place for installation.
4,The machines are in simple packing.
5,During installation and testing, buyer is responsible for the
food, Visa fee, turn-round flight tickets and accommodation for the
technicians sent by seller. Buyer also should pay $40/day/person as
the allowance for the technicians sent by the seller.
6,The machines are under one year warranty (in the circumstance of
normal use). Natural damage, non-professional demolition,
maintenance errors are not within the scope of warranty.
7,After warranty period, seller will provide paid service for
